The vast majority of our products displayed on this website are stocked items and available for immediate delivery from our warehouse/showroom.
Within our product range we have a selection of products which are not stocked in our warehouse. These are stocked and dispatched by third parties, in many cases the manufacturer.
All of our products clearly state their availability status on our website, please see below a breakdown of what the availability terms mean.
In Stock
Held in our central warehouse and generally available for immediate delivery, occasionally products may go temporarily out of stock for a very short time but should be dispatched within the next few days as a back order. Customers will be notified of any products which are temporarily out of stock.
Out of Stock
Held in our central warehouse but are out of stock for a short time and not available to order.
Direct Send
Our commitment to stock ensures that the majority of our products advertised on this website are available for immediate delivery from our central warehouse, however certain products are not stocked directly by us and can carry a slightly longer delivery lead time. The estimated delivery lead time will be clearly stated. Please note ‘Direct Send’ products are excluded from our standard returns policy, please see our returns policy for more details. Some direct send products may be liable for additional delivery charges, these will be clearly stated in the products description.
